The hotel had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a big living space including a kitchen for cooking and dining. While the rooms could be a bit stuffy during winter, they were spacious. The service was helpful and informative, although there were some issues with understanding the bus reservation request during check-in. The location was convenient, with lots to offer, but being outside the main building required a cold walk. The dining experience, offering Indonesian dishes, was not specifically highlighted. The facilities were available, with shops, ski pass vendors, and ski equipment rental on-site.
